Whatever fold of reality from which the floodwaters came, I expect. Or the world we brushed within that realitical field. It's difficult to tell, in such a transient pandimensional state. At any rate, the chances of the effect being a natural occurrence in whatever region it hails from are far greater than those of it being contrived by a sentience.
